- All material on here is expressed of my own opinion. It also doesn’t necessarily reflect the opinion of anyone else.
- I have ads on my blog. I don’t make tons of money off them and I don’t control what appears on them. I’ve given Google spot in which they may work their voodoo to serve the ads. However, if you see anything offensive, please let me know.
- I haven’t accepted payment for any of the posts here. If I ever do, believe me, I’ll mention it. I’m not Fox News Channel.
- I may own stock in any of the companies I talk about. It happens. Consider yourself disclosed.
- I do retain all of the copyrights to my work because my words are my words. However, I will not step on the rights of commentors. Your words are your own, just like my words are my own. But, if you post something you shouldn’t, I reserve the right to delete the comment and I reserve the right to ban your posting rights. And no, it does not violate your 1st amendment rights, because that only applies to Congress.
- While I reserve my rights, I don’t usually mind if you quote a small exceprt of what I’ve written. However, if you quote anything from me, please credit me and let me know.
- Anything that I quote has been used under “fair use” rights. Please, don’t redistribute it.
- I have no problem with you linking to me.
- Any decisions I make, such as removing a comment, are final.
- I respect your privacy. I WILL NOT provide your information to any 3rd parties. However, I WILL comply with any court orders and/or with law enforcement in investigations. I’m sorry, but it’s the right thing to do.
- I have the right to revise this page at any time.
